This wonderful board game was created and designed by Jean Schnörr (1902–1953), who was a caving pioneer in Neuchâtel, Switzerland in the 1950s. At that time, an old suit, some candles, a pocket lamp, a compass and a rope ladder were the primary caving equipment. This game reflects the spirit of that age.
