2. Ordering conditions
A charge of CHF 5.– will be added to orders of less than CHF 20.–
to cover administrative costs.
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible; an order
cannot be cancelled once it has been billed.
If payment is not received within 30 days of the billing, the order will
be cancelled.
If an item is not in stock, we will reorder it if possible, and inform
the client immediately of the delay.
If applicable, we will forward orders
of Speleo Projects items to a distributor in your country. If we do so,
you will be informed. This will save you higher shipping costs from Switzerland.
3. Payment
Within Switzerland: upon receipt of bill and merchandise (COD, within
30 days).
Outside Switzerland: advanced payment required:
– Credit card: Eurocard/Mastercard and VISA
– Cheques are accepted from the following countries only: Germany
(€), France (€), United States ($)
– Bank Transfer: Euro or Swiss Francs; ask for account information.
The customer must pay all bank transfer fees.
4. Currency/exchange rates
We now have many set Euro (and some set Dollar) prices. Other items priced
only in Swiss Francs will be converted at the daily rate for the date
of billing.
Credit cards will be debited in Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euro.
5. Shipping
We ship Economy class, book rate.
We can also accomodate special requests (ex. Express, FEDEX, UPS, etc.),
which will be billed accordingly.
Switzerland:

Germany: Depends
on size of box and weight. Ask for the best quote.
We will calculate the best shipping rate available.
Most orders can be shipped for 6 €
via Hermes Logistics.
France:
Depends on size
and weight. Ask for the best quote.
We will calculate the best shipping rate available.
Most orders can be shipped for 6 €.
